How to add exercises
A Correct the mistakes exercise helps your students spot and fix errors on their own, which reinforces their understanding of grammatical patterns, vocabulary, and punctuation, while encouraging attention to detail.
First, click on "Add new exercise" and choose Correct the mistakes from the list of exercises. An input card will appear on the left, where the settings for the exercise can be configured.
In the "Topic field", enter a descriptive topic for the exercise. This topic will provide a thematic focus for the sentences and vocabulary used.
Next, choose a "Grammar form" to include in the exercise from the dropdown list.
Then, choose a level from the "Student level" dropdown list. This helps tailor the questions to your students' proficiency.
After that, choose the number of "Items" you would like in the exercise.
Once you are done, click the "Add exercise" button to generate the exercise content using the settings you provided. The generated content for the Correct the mistakes exercise will appear on the output card on the right.
If you are not happy with the AI-generated content, you can click the Edit icon at the top of the output card.
In edit view, you can make changes to the exercise content, add new items, or remove any that are not suitable.
After making your desired modifications, click "Save" to apply the changes.
